Virtually all facilities can benefit from a lighting upgrade and retrofit strategy, and each facility will have a unique solution based on current or desired light levels, physical layout and obstacles, and other operational considerations.
Through our free on-site survey, we can model the exact parameters and requirements of your facility so that we can confidently recommend the most energy savings solution available for your particular needs.
With a 3D Photometric analysis, we can show you a proven simulation to take the chance out of the decision making process. This allows our engineers to evaluate different layouts and concepts before installation. The final layout then becomes the new plan for your lighting and energy solution.
After the photometric analysis and site survey, we will be able to provide you with the most efficient plan for lighting and energy savings.
From start to finish rest assured that your energy solution will be installed and maintained by certified professional technicians in the most efficient manner possible. We pride ourselves with being quick and efficient. We will work with you to find the best time to perform installations and maintenance. Leaving you with little or no downtime.
The U.S. government, state Public Utility Commissions and local utility companies all benefit when you reduce energy consumption in your facility. In order to promote their "efficiency" agenda, they provide various incentives to help defray the cost of energy efficient projects. The 2005 Energy Policy Act includes a tax deduction of up to $1.80 per square foot for energy efficient improvements in your facility.
Likewise, state PUCs and local utilities offer performance based or per fixture rebates to further their energy and demand reduction agendas. AES has the experience and expertise to ensure you receive all the funding your energy-efficient property is entitled to, and we take care of all of the paperwork.
3-YEAR MAINTENANCE FREE WARRANTY
Advanced Energy Solutions (AES) is pleased to provide a unique 3-year maintenance free warranty. AES warranty is backed by the top producers of lighting technology in the world, Orion Energy Systems and G.E. Consumer & Industrial Lighting. This Warranty is designed to cover all lamps, ballasts, fixtures and labor free of failure for the first 36 months after being installed by AES “in house” certified lighting crews. All failed products should be reported to AES sales representative within 30 days of failure. AES reserves the right to request a 30 day window prior completing all warranty issues unless there is a loss of production in the facility. This warranty extends to only the Purchaser. When AES maintenance free warranty ends, the manufacturer’s warranty continues as specified in product warranty data.
Terms and Condition: ”Operation of this lamp/ballast system in frequently-switched applications (5 or more cycles per day) or in conjunction with automated controls (such as, but not limited to, occupancy sensors) will void this warranty. The foregoing lamp and ballast warranty applies only to direct purchases from AES, but does not apply to failures caused by acts of God or as a result of any abuse, misuse, abnormal use, or use in violation of any applicable standard, code or instructions for use in installations, including those contained in the National Electrical Code, the Standards for Safety of Underwriters Laboratory, Inc., Standards for the American National Standards Institute or, in Canada, the Canadian Standards Association. AES reserves the right to examine failed ballasts to determine the cause of failure and patterns of usage. The date of purchase and lamp installation date must be verified to validate the elapsed operating hours if a warranty claim is made. If lamp life is not validated, the lamp date code will be used to establish elapsed burning time based on estimated usage.” (GE Warranty, 2007)

How Can Lighting Damage the Environment?
Although it appears innocuous, lighting causes air pollution. Here's how: Each day, your local power plant will commonly burn coal, oil, and gas to generate electricity for your lighting system as well as for your other electrical needs. While burning these fossil fuels produces a readily available and instantaneous supply of electricity, it also generates air pollutants.
